A Bridge to the Starry Skies - Hoshizora e Kakaru Hashi

Hoshino Kazuma moves from the city to rural Yamahiko Town for his younger brother Ayumu’s health. The brothers are supposed to stay at Yorozuyo Inn until their parents can join them, but get lost on the way. When Kazuma decides to go into the mountains alone after a small accident, a mysterious girl appears before him.
